Our Mission:
Titanium Advantage Performance Products designs, manufactures, and distributes only the highest quality light weight
titanium products. We will always apply design, process technology, & common sense to insure the finest products.
Why Us?
Titanium Advantage makes use of the most precise processes and equipment available. Our products use high grade
titanium and titanium alloys and are machined to exact dimensions and tolerances using state of the art CNC milling
machines, CNC lathes, and lasers. It shows in the quality of all of our products. Not only will you love the light
weight, but as you look and compare our products to others on the market you will appreciate the design, aesthetics,
and the superior workmanship.
Our Customers:
We provide our customers with easy to understand installation instructions, expert application advice and quick
response to your questions. We also keep a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to allow you the convenience
of receiving answers to your questions at anytime. We will update the list as we receive new questions.
We appreciate new product suggestions! Although we cannot produce all ideas that we receive, we do look at all
suggestions seriously and evaluate the viability of the suggestions from a design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing
perspective.
Design & Manufacturing:
Our capabilities include NC milling
and NC lathe work, laser cutting, precision polishing, and high grade adhesive technology. We are constantly looking
for new equipment, methods, and technologies to keep us a "cutting edge" factory.
We pride ourselves in our product's manufacturability. Our mechanical engineers work with our manufacturing engineers
to develop a product that not only is very producible but also very attentive to detail. We use complimentary materials
with our titanium designs where it makes sense. All of these materials, such as 6061 aluminum & 4031 chrome-moly
steel are purchased from certified distributors.
Why Titanium? What is the Titanium Advantage?
Titanium has an outstanding strength-to-lightweight
ratio and its incredible resistance to most forms of corrosion have been the primary reasons for utilizing titanium
in industry. Titanium routinely replaces stainless steels, copper alloys and other metals in many applications.
Titanium is immune to corrosive attacks by saltwater and marine atmosphere and has exceptional resistance to a
number of corrosive gases, acids and alkalis. Titanium is immune to microbiologically influenced corrosion and
is physiologically inert and hypoallergenic. Titanium is virtually non-magnetic, making it ideal for applications
where electromagnetic interference must be minimized.
Pure titanium is about as strong as steel yet nearly 50% lighter. When added to various alloys, its hardness, toughness
and tensile strength can be increased dramatically.
